Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) is an autonomous institute established in 1964 by Mr SS Khera, ICS (the then Cabinet Secretary, Government of India) and Dr DS Reddy (the then Vice-Chancellor, Osmania University). The institute is located on the outskirts of Hyderabad. IPE is one of the best B-schools in India and is devoted to providing management and research-related programmes.

The institute is affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad. All programs of IPE are approved by AICTE while some of the courses are NBA approved as well.IPE Hyderabad is accredited by the South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS) for its well-crafted curriculum for all the PG Programmes. The institute is awarded a ‘five-star’ rating by GRIHA for the well-established green campus. Also, is one of the only three Institutes in Telangana to be ranked in the Management Category by National Institutional Framework (NIRF) - 2021, by MoE, Govt. of India.
