Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, previously known as Kota Open University was founded in 1987 as Rajasthan's first open learning institution. The UGC committee noted that "the distance system in Rajasthan is created properly and can transform into a full-fledged Open University" under the chairmanship of Late Prof. G. Rama Reddy. The VMOU Kota is the result of the merging of the Institute of Correspondence Studies and Continuing Education Jaipur and (the College of Correspondence Studies) Udaipur. The VMOU result has become remarkably better over the years.  VMOU result 2022 is equally expected to be great.

VMOU term-end exam schedule 2022 has been published. VMOU admission is based on overall merit and entrance exams. MBA admission at VMOU is done on the basis of CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT / GMAT scores. For some courses, VMOU entrance exams are also conducted. VMOU placement process moves quite smoothly. Students receive good work opportunities from the VMOU campus.
